Peter PTFE Lined Pipe is a leading African producer and supplier of FEP, PTFE, and PFA lined pipe fittings, offering best-performing solutions for corrosive and high-temperature services. The lined fittings are highly chemically resistant and strong, hence ideal for challenging industrial environments. We operate in Africa and supply durable, high-performance PTFE, FEP and PFA lined pipe fittings with impeccable finishes to deliver the highest performance in demanding conditions.
Peter PTFE Lined Pipe Fittings are standard metal fittings internally coated with Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) in order to enhance their resistance against chemicals, corrosion, and high temperatures. The fitting elbows, tees, reducers and flanges are widely used in the chemical processing, pharmaceuticals and wastewater treatment fields. The PTFE lining acts as a shield, preventing the aggressive media from contacting the metal surface thus enhancing the system’s reliability and service life. They are ideal for handling highly reactive or pure chemicals in critical processes.

Enhanced durability in highly corrosive environments
Minimizes flow resistance and boosts efficiency.
Withstands high temperature and pressure
Delivers similar performance at lower cost.
They are used to safely transport highly corrosive or reactive chemicals, thanks to PTFE’s excellent chemical resistance.
Common types include elbows, tees, reducers, crosses, and flanges—all lined with PTFE to ensure corrosion protection.
Typically, they handle temperatures from -20°C to +200°C, depending on pressure and application.
PTFE is resistant to most chemicals, but compatibility with specific substances (like molten alkali metals) should be confirmed case-by-case.
They usually comply with ASTM F1545 and DIN standards, but you should verify specific certifications with the supplier.
We are the leading Manufacturer and Supplier of Peter PTFE Lined Pipe, Fittings, Flanges, Spool and Valves in Africa.
